Ellen's Art Works tend to have a central colour theme with the use of negative space or colour to showcase the distinctive separate colours and how those colours are represented and flow on the Canvas, and interact with other colours. Have a look around.

Ellen had done occasional artworks over her life. Over the last five years, Ellen researched a variety of methods, mediums and styles, settling on the Pouring method.

The Pouring method for creating Art Works uses mainly Acrylic Paints and a variety of “Tools” including a Hair Dryer, Blow Torch, Straws, Cups, a spirit level, scraper (for those ones that just didn’t turn out as expected), and tweezers for removing a variety of Kalamunda insects that accompany most painting sessions.

Encouraged to try her hand by her Friend who was an Artist, Ellen investigated different styles and methods for her own Art before selecting her painting style and methods seen in this site.
